Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected promotions or minimum order values.
• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your parcel status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan for your convenience.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, the customer may need to pay additional delivery charges for re-shipment.
